With over three decades in the entertainment industry, Matt Lewis is a seasoned producer, performer, and visionary leader. As the CEO and President of Vegas ShoWorks Entertainment Inc., Matt has built a company known for delivering world-class talent and unforgettable experiences for corporate events, theme parks, theaters, and casinos worldwide.

Before founding ShoWorks Entertainment in 2005, Matt traveled the globe as a featured performer in the renowned Las Vegas tribute show Legends In Concert, headlining the flagship production on the Las Vegas Strip for 14 years. His extensive experience on stage and behind the scenes has given him a deep understanding of the entertainment industry, allowing him to expertly match clients with top-tier talent and create seamless, high-impact productions.

Matt’s background in Speech and Theater from the University of Central Missouri, combined with his 20+ years in the Las Vegas entertainment scene, has equipped him with the expertise to produce thousands of successful events. With a dynamic background in both entertainment and design, Andrea Lewis brings a unique blend of creativity, leadership, and industry expertise to her role as Vice President of Vegas ShoWorks Entertainment Inc.

Originally from the Bay Area, Andrea began her professional career as a dancer on the Las Vegas Strip. Her natural leadership skills and attention to detail quickly elevated her to Dance Captain for multiple production shows around the country. Since 2005, she has played an integral role in ShoWorks Entertainment, helping shape its reputation as a premier entertainment provider.

Andrea’s background in interior design, combined with her extensive experience in live entertainment, gives ShoWorks a distinct advantage in producing high-quality, visually stunning events. Her ability to merge aesthetics with performance ensures that every production exceeds client expectations. In 2023, her dedication and innovative approach earned her the position of Vice President, where she continues to drive the company’s vision forward.

Originally from Chicago, Angela Acosta has called Las Vegas home for over 20 years, building a dynamic and accomplished career in the entertainment industry. With global experience as a dancer, singer, and magician’s assistant, she brings exceptional insight and expertise to her role at ShoWorks Entertainment.

Angela’s extensive background includes work as a choreographer, assistant choreographer, and dance captain on numerous productions throughout the Las Vegas Valley. Her career highlights include collaborations with renowned artists and productions such as Guns N’ Roses, Wayne Brady, The Illusionists, Matt Goss, and Legends in Concert. She also continues to perform in the long-running production Tournament of Kings.

Throughout her career, Angela has partnered with a wide range of entertainment companies, taking on diverse roles that showcase her versatility, leadership, and dedication. 

As Senior Director of Operations for ShoWorks Entertainment, she is driven by teamwork, precision, and a commitment to flawless execution, ensuring every event runs seamlessly. Her deep understanding of live entertainment and passion for excellence make her an invaluable member of the ShoWorks team

Xander Lewis was born into the entertainment industry, growing up surrounded by the magic of live performance. An accomplished guitarist and singer in Las Vegas, he has developed a deep appreciation for the artistry and production that go into creating unforgettable events.

Always drawn to the behind-the-scenes aspects of entertainment, Xander is currently in his senior year at UNLV, pursuing a degree in Business. His education, combined with his firsthand experience as a performer, gives him a unique perspective on event design and client relations.

Passionate about the ever-evolving entertainment landscape, Xander uses his creativity and industry knowledge to craft innovative and engaging experiences for ShoWorks Entertainment clients. His fresh approach and dedication make him a valuable asset to the team, ensuring each event is not only seamless but also unforgettable.

Rebecca Fullington was born and raised in Las Vegas and started her performance arts journey at the age of 5. She continued her pursuits in various styles of dance, acting, and singing through college, where she graduated with a BS in Kinesiological Sciences from UNLV. After graduation, she toured for 3 years with Pinups on Tour, a vintage variety and burlesque show dedicated to raising awareness to veterans and first responders causes. She is currently working as a freelance entertainer, freelance costume designer/ seamstress, the Silver Knight for the Henderson Silver Knights AHL team, the head of wardrobe for the Wizard of Oz at Sphere, and as a group fitness instructor at Life Time. Fun fact about Becky are that she is self taught in many skills, including playing the accordion, playing the drums, and Stilt walking.

A Las Vegas native, Collin Hayes began his entertainment career at 17 with Excalibur’s Tournament of Kings, where his lifelong equestrian background led him to star as one of the show’s Kings for over 13 years. Expanding into roles including Stage Manager, Production Coordinator, and Stunt Choreographer for the Vegas Golden Knights, Collin brings a deep, hands-on understanding of live entertainment operations. His blend of performance experience and logistical expertise makes him an essential part of the ShoWorks team.

Tony Gloria brings years of hands-on experience, precision, and creative problem-solving to his role as a Production Manager for Vegas ShoWorks Entertainment Inc. Known for his calm under pressure and logistical expertise, Tony is responsible for ensuring that each event runs smoothly from load-in to curtain call.

With a strong background in stagecraft, technical operations, and live event coordination, Tony has played a key role in the successful execution of large-scale corporate shows, tribute concerts, theatrical productions, and immersive experiences across the U.S. His attention to detail and collaborative approach have made him a trusted team leader, supporting both talent and crew to deliver top-tier entertainment.

Tina Cookson is a dynamic performer whose work spans stage, screen, and live entertainment. Since 2015, she has been a featured artist and creative contributor with Vegas ShoWorks Entertainment Inc., bringing high energy, versatility, and professionalism to every production.

Her stage credits include performances with Kanye West, Mickey Avalon, and Franky Perez, as well as featured roles in Darling Stilettos, Rock Candy, and Beacher’s Madhouse in Las Vegas and Hollywood. Tina has also appeared on VH1’s Hit The Floor, in national commercials like Zumba Fitness, and in music videos for Jennifer Lopez, JoJo, and Kamaliya.

A scholarship recipient at Edge Performing Arts Center, Tina is trained in both dance and voice, and continues to wow audiences with her commanding stage presence and creative drive.

Originally from Seattle, Joe Escriba began his musical career at just fifteen years old, eventually touring the world and performing on some of the most prestigious stages across the globe. Settling into the Las Vegas music scene in the late ’90s, he quickly became one of the city’s most sought-after musicians, working with legendary artists such as Celine Dion, David Foster, Diana Ross, Tim McGraw, Faith Hill, Don Henley, Brian McKnight, Sheena Easton, The O’Jays, and Tower of Power, among many others.

By the age of thirty, Joe’s musical arrangements had already made their way into mainstream media, with features on major TV networks including NBC, Comedy Central, WB, and the TBS Emmy-nominated show Earth to America. His compositions have been performed in showrooms and theaters worldwide, and his symphonic writing debuted with the feature film The Tears of a King, a spiritual telling of the Elvis Presley story. His orchestral scores continue to be performed by Pops Orchestras around the world.

In addition to his work with Vegas ShoWorks Entertainment, Joe currently serves as the Musical Director for legendary NFL icon and entertainer Terry Bradshaw. With a deep-rooted passion for musical color and texture, he blends his expertise in R&B, Rock-N-Roll, Gospel, Country, Latin, and Classical music to create custom arrangements and music tracks. As Musical Director, he brings an unparalleled level of artistry and professionalism, ensuring that every performance meets the highest standard of excellence.
